2. Client Materials & Content

You are responsible for providing all materials (text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and other content) needed for the project.

Delays in providing content may affect project timelines.

You must ensure that all materials provided comply with copyright, trademark, and other legal regulations. Any content violating laws may be removed without prior notice.
3. Project Scope & Changes

Minor adjustments to the agreed project scope are included.

Major changes beyond the original scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before implementation.
4. Client Responsibilities & Project Delays

Timely communication, feedback, and approvals are required to meet deadlines.

A single point of contact must be designated for project coordination.
5. Review & Approval

Upon completion, you have 3 business days to review the work and report any issues in writing.

If no feedback is provided within 3 days, the work will be deemed approved, and the remaining payment will be due.
6. Rejection of Work

If you reject the work during the review period and issues are not resolved, we reserve the right to terminate the project and claim payment for the work completed.
7. Payment Terms

Deposit: 45%-50% advance is required to start the project (non-refundable).

Balance: Remaining payment is due after work completion and approval.

Either party can cancel the project within 24–48 hours of commencement.
8. Licensing & Ownership

Full ownership of the website, its content, and related software is transferred to the client after full payment.

Any subscription-based services (plugins, hosting, or extensions) must be renewed on time to maintain functionality.
9. Warranty & Legal Responsibility

Clients are responsible for obtaining permissions for all logos, trademarks, images, and content used.

Clients agree to indemnify WebhouseIndia against any claims, legal disputes, or penalties arising from provided content.
10. SEO & Search Engine Visibility

Basic SEO is implemented according to industry best practices.

We do not guarantee any specific search engine rankings.
11. Cross-Browser Compatibility

Websites are compatible with modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, and IE.

Third-party plugins or extensions may vary in compatibility; alternatives will be provided on a best-effort basis.
12. Additional Expenses
Clients are responsible for costs outside the original proposal, including:

Premium templates or plugins

Stock images, fonts, or software

Domain registration, hosting, or SSL certificates
13. Project Backups

WebhouseIndia will maintain backups only if included in the selected package.

Clients are responsible for their own backups otherwise.
14. E-commerce & Legal Compliance

Clients must comply with all applicable business, e-commerce, and taxation laws.

WebhouseIndia is indemnified against any claims, penalties, or losses arising from the client’s use of the website or e-commerce platform.
15. Domain Name & Hosting Ownership

Domains and hosting are registered in the client’s name or on their behalf.

Transfers to other providers will be processed promptly after all dues are cleared.
16. Limitation of Liability

WebhouseIndia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bihar, India, and disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Bihar.
18. Updates to Terms

WebhouseIndia may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated terms apply to all existing and future projects.

Clients are responsible for reviewing updates and notifying us within 5 days if changes affect ongoing projects.
